About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. The Tallyo service, including any free trial, is provided under a separate written agreement with each business, and that agreement takes priority over these terms for the service. In these terms, “we” means Tallyo.

Using the site

You may use this site to learn about Tallyo and to get in touch with us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or probe its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or send us anything unlawful or harmful through its forms.

Messages and trials

Sending us a message does not create a contract. Free trials are offered at our discretion, and a trial starts only once we have both signed a written trial agreement that sets out its scope, length and data terms.

Examples and illustrations

The demo, the product screens, the photos and the videos on this site are examples. The outlets, people, orders, waybills and numbers in them are invented and do not describe any real business, person or delivery. The photos, videos, paintings and 3D scenes are generated or drawn for Tallyo; none of them records a real delivery.

Verification is assistance

Tallyo assists delivery verification. Final decisions on disputes remain with the business using it. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.

Figures and links

Where the site quotes a figure from someone else, it names the source and links to it. We don't control other websites and aren't responsible for their content.

Our content and other people's marks

The text, artwork and design of this site belong to Tallyo. You may share links to it and quote short passages with credit. Microsoft, Azure, WhatsApp and other names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their owners, and their mention does not mean those owners endorse Tallyo.

No promises about the site

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Commitments about the Tallyo service are made only in the written agreement for that service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
