Proof of delivery touches drivers, shop owners and your customers. Here's how Tallyo treats their data and yours.

  • Locked down by default

    Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and role based access keeps admins, dispatchers, drivers and viewers, such as finance or a brand, to what they need.

  • Every decision on the record

    A full audit trail of every verdict, approval, rejection, note and answer, with who made it and when.

  • Drivers aren't tracked

    Location is read only at the moment a delivery photo is taken, never continuously, and the driver's screen says so.

  • Bystanders stay private

    Faces in delivery photos are blurred automatically wherever a photo leaves your workspace: shared links and evidence packs.

  • Photos are never public

    A delivery photo opens only for someone signed in to your workspace, or through that delivery's own link.

  • Links you can turn off

    Evidence you share, the shop's confirmation and a brand's report link each have their own address, and you can switch a shared one off at any time.

  • The AI reads, rules decide

    Gemini reads the waybill and counts the cartons. Whether a drop is confirmed comes from checks you can see, each with its reason, and a person decides the rest.

  • Handled under Nigerian law

    Personal data is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Delivery photos and evidence are kept for 24 months by default, then deleted; your contract can set a different period.

Tallyo assists delivery verification. Final decisions on disputes remain with the business.
